First letter of correspondent's name unclear. Indicates that "the conveyances from the parties late owner, of the Croydon Theatre, to Mr. Elliston, are & have been for some time compleated" and encloses accounts (no longer with letter). Attached to letter: a valuation of five glass chandeliers at the Theater Croydon, signed by Jas. Innes, Sep. 28th 1810 and receipt signed by Gill Moys for nineteen pounds, ten shillings received of Ellison on 13 Oct. 1810 for chandeliers.
